Key Selection Criteria



Key Selection Criteria has become a very popular thing that employers ask for when applying for a new role these days. It’s something that can be really daunting and overwhelming as it is a very time consuming process and you need to gather a lot of information to create well presented criteria.

Key Selection Criteria is priced PER criteria, meaning the price is for each question. While this gives you a rough idea of the price for the job I would still suggest you get in touch for a personalised quote as there may be room for me to give you a package price if some of the criteria is not asking for a lot of information.


The process:

Please ensure if you have a deadline for a job application you let me know this date so I can let you know if I have the capacity to have it completed by the closing date. I will always do my best to accommodate this.

Once you have ordered and paid for the Key Selection Criteria we will get the ball rolling. If you haven’t already in the quotation process you will provide me with all the documentation regarding the questions, including your resume, job ad and any job descriptions that are available. Upon me receiving your documentation I will arrange a time to speak with you over the phone to go over the questions and to get as much information out of you as possible. This phone call is not usually a quick chat, this may take approx one hour depending on how many questions there are.

Once I have all that I need from you I will get started in writing your document and I will have your draft to you within 3 – 5 business days for you to check over, ensuring you are happy with it. We will then work together to make sure you are happy with it and that it’s perfect for you.

You will receive your final document in both Word and PDF format.
